By giving Care Job Hires your email address, you agree to receive electronic updates related to our Services and other non-commercial communications. Legally required notices may also be delivered electronically as an alternative to traditional mail.

Acceptable Behavior for Service Users

Users of the Services must not:

Copy, distribute, or reveal any portion of the Services without authorization.
Run automated programs that could disrupt or overburden servers.
Send spam, phishing messages, or attempt security breaches.
Create excessive strain on the platform or upload harmful content.
Collect or misuse other users’ personal information without permission.

Care Job Hires retains the right, without any obligation, to reject, remove, or suspend User Content and accounts that violate this Agreement, other agreements, applicable laws, or third-party rights, or that may create potential liability or harm to Care Job Hires.

Responsibility and Assumption of Risk by Users

You acknowledge that Care Job Hires does not verify the identity, qualifications, or trustworthiness of any User and is not responsible for doing so. You are solely responsible for performing due diligence before interacting with job seekers, employers, or recruitment professionals. You accept full responsibility for any risks arising from interactions on the platform. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the other User. By agreeing to these terms, you release Care Job Hires, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses of any kind, known or unknown, direct or indirect, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Third-Party Access to User Information

At its discretion, Care Job Hires may share User Content and information regarding its originator with third parties. Such sharing may be necessary for providing our Services, enforcing agreements, complying with laws, or responding to official requests from courts, law enforcement, or government entities, including subpoenas. Disclosure may also occur to protect Care Job Hires’s rights and interests.
